It is important for us to have contact information, the names of parents/ guardians, and knowledge of any medical conditions and allergies. It is also helpful if the Leaders and Guides are aware of any learning styles or behavioral concerns, so that we can provide the best setting for your child.

Photos are routinely taken during classes and special events. These photos are used within the church to document the religious exploration experience.

We hope that our children and youth can also help document many aspects of church life so that it can be shared with newcomers on our website, in our newsletter, and in person. We need your permission to publish photos of your children in any way. Please note that if photos of your children are placed on our web site, no names or other identifying information will be included.
