Summer Farmers' Mini Market and Church Garden          Done for 2011!

Updated 10/20/2011 - Last 2011 Farmers' Market was Sun., Oct. 16

During the warmer months, many of UUCL's gardeners have extra produce to share.  For a modest price,  other congregants can have some of the bounty.  All proceeds benefit UUCL.

When the market is in season, folks with veggies, fruit or herbs to donate bring them to the Farmer's Market table in the Fellowship Hall before or after church on Sunday morning.  Additionally, we have a garden on the church property to supplement what our gardeners bring in.

This year we got started earlier and have raised $500.52. A big thanks to all UUCL gardeners for sharing and to all our customers!  We look forward to starting back up next spring.

The "donations" made to the Farmer's Market are not tax deductible, since you are getting something, (food), in exchange.
